“We are one of the leading and professional OEM/ODM manufacturers of precision casting parts of metals, alloy processing and assembly services. We also provide global comprehensive support as design draft, manufacturing material and fabrication section as CTO/BTO. However, we still have no web presence to introduce our technical quality to virtual customers and lose opportunity to match or exceed industry standards for products design and services. As one of the administration department staff, I’d love to offer a useful e-service channel with improved communication interface to the customers.”

Mr. Chen has the habit of reading computer related reports and magazines. On the same way, he also seeks knowledge about international community, global networking and new technical information for enhancing company administrative methods. Yi-Te Technology Ltd. has 30-50 employees. They all work together starting from initial product conceptualization to product development and to manufacturing. However, the company lacks in creating e-business opportunities for the customers. By chance, Mr. Chen found “Easy to Use, 500 mail user accounts” slogan on a magazine in a bookstore, which was for Plustek MultiServer. He later discussed this solution with his boss and then installed Plustek MultiServer. Mr. Chen said, “I was not used to operating the Server Settings, but it challenged my intellectual curiosity to study each server functions. Using the user-friendly MultiServer, I am getting updated about professional knowledge of information technology and I am very excited about it. I feel one day I could act as an MIS staff.”
