In Taiwan, there are many traditional schools, which have tried to set up virtual schools with computers replacing teachers and the Internet replacing classrooms. These schools include HuaFan University at Taipei and HsinChuang senior high school at Kaohsiung.

"Schools are more cliquish than they are here... It's not like I was a troublemaker, I just had trouble finding a group to stick around with."

Like Wayne Wang, there are many students who want to continue their studies but due to the inadequate format of education system they cannot pursue their goal. Similarly, the working class people, who have joined the jobs quite early, having left the education midway, want to continue the studies on the prospect of jumping into the higher portfolios but again the lack of proper infrastructure for the schools stopping them from doing so.

Time has come that the educators and the authorities looked at a delivery mechanism of the education and virtual class room is the apt answer. With the virtual class room and internet as their teachers, they can easily achieve their dreams. As Bill Gates says, it’s good to be a dreamer and to achieve the dream one needs to take the help of right technology.

However, there is a flip side of virtual class room also. The virtual social development is probably a difficult task than in the traditional schools, because the students do not interact with each other much. Students can complete a course and move immediately to the next one. You can call it a blessing in disguise, as it helps to solve embarrassing and complex teenager-relationship problems with classmates on campus.
