Plustek to Demonstrate Latest Image and Communication Products at Computex Taipei 2008

Among the portable scanner models, D600, the new member of MobileOffice family, is the most up-to-date A6-sizes duplex scanner in the market today. It is capable of scanning a wide range of documents such as business cards, ID cards, plastic cards and other thick cards including credit cards. Moreover, its scanning speed of 19PPM also stands out above its peers.
Similarly, SmartOffice PL2546 integrates the advantages of both ADF and flatbed scanners. Its impressive feeder capacity along with USB 2.0 transmission interface enables scanning speed of 25ppm/46ipm. Additionally, PL2546 allows easy scanning of documents of various sizes from A6 to A3.
OpticBook 4600 is a scanner specially designed for book scanning at the speed of 3.2 seconds (A4, 300dpi).The scanned images can be saved in searchable PDF format, enabling users to manage and search for information needed efficiently.
Besides scanners, Plustek will also introduce its communication solutions such as MultiServer MFA1000S targeting SMBs and SOHOs. It features user-friendly interface, control mechanism and allows Linux OS and open source software integration to make it a cost-effective server solutions.
