Anti-Virus Protection
Viruses spread through email can cause billions of dollars in lost data and productivity. MultiServer has partnered with Sophos, the leader in IT security and control solutions, to provide up-to-date virus protection for our users. Virus protection is a standard feature for all Business Mail customers and is available on an optional per mailbox basis for all other services offerings.
Domains Supported
Most of our solutions allow you to manage email for a single domain (www.mydomain.com). If you need to manage multiple domains our private-label solution allows you to provide email services for as many domains as needed.
Firewall and Security
Redundant firewalls screen all network traffic. We employ regular monitoring of network ports and firewalls, system access restriction, 24x7 surveillance, and security best practices.

IMAP, POP, and SMTP
Use your favorite email program with our POP and IMAP services. POP is great for users on a single computer; all your messages are downloaded to your email program's Inbox. IMAP offers incredible flexibility if you access email from multiple computers or mobile devices. The IMAP function provides a synchronized message view from any device and all email is backed up on our servers. Our SMTP services give you access to send messages from email software without having to worry about using the network approved SMTP server.
Free Domain Name
For selected packages, a free domain is registered with your new account. The domain is free as long as you keep your service with us. Already have a domain? After signing up for www.pn99.com, we will send you detailed instructions and help you setup the service with your existing domain.
Full Backups
MultiServer performs full backups with redundant storage for all build-in mailboxes.

Mailboxes
MultiServer email function can provide 500 user accounts for you. All email accounts offer Web access and allow each user to create folders and set their own preferences for vacation and out of office responses. Many of our service packages include the ability to use your own desktop email application like Outlook and Eudora.
Secure Data Center
The MultiServer platform is hosted within a carrier-class data center on an OC-48 backbone, expert technical staff around globally supported and physical protection including redundant spam filtration, water-free fire suppression, Clam-AV protection, and diesel generator backups.
Spam Protection
We take fighting spam seriously and offer three levels of protection. Bogofilter-Qdbm automatically blocks email from senders who send bulk mail that is harmful to our system. Bogofilter-Qdbm includes all the benefits of MultiServer in addition to personalized options that further reduce spam received.

Technical Support
All of our email solutions include 30-day support for configuration and setup. Our Business Mail and Private-Label solutions include email support and phone support options.
